“Green” Loot Bags -This is an easy and useful project for the Trick or Treaters in you life – our reusable Hallowe’en loot bag! By using our recyclable fabric tote bags, your Ghosts and Goblins can re-use these bags next year. For our sample bags, we cut out the pumpkin and ghost shapes out of sparkly felt sheets using the templates below or you can simply create your own design. After your shapes are all cut out, you can either use spray adhesive or just hand stitch the felt pieces onto the bag (we used the spray adhesive to ensure that the felt pieces were securely fastened and then stitched for decorative effect). We embellished our bags with co-ordinating Hallowe’en ribbon from The Essential Packaging Store. You could also personalize the bags with a child’s name in felt or fabric paints.
