Advent Calendar Using Large Boxes
(this one is inspired by this one http://theidearoom.blogspot.com)

  • 2 (two) - 4”x4”x4” white giftware boxes
  • wrap each box with holiday giftwrap
  • print numbers 0, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 on white pearl paper;
  • print numbers 0, 1, 2, 6, 7, 8 on silver pearl paper (note: Make sure that the font you choose allows the 6 to be able to be turned upside down to double as a 9)
  • 12 (twelve) coloured pearl cardstock cut into 3”x3” squares (red & green)
  • mount the numbers onto the cardstock squares; glue 1 set of numbers (0, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5) onto the front of one box (use glue runner); glue remaining numbers (0, 1, 2, 6, 7, 8) onto the other box
